  • What is the best phone number to reach you at?
  • We all know the feeling having too many cooks in the kitchen. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing and it just gets messy! We want to make sure we don't assume who will handle the flow of communication in and out of your business and/or team. Please provide who that contact person will be and their appropriate contact information.

  • Describe in as much detail as you can who your ideal customer and/or target market is. Some items to consider are Age, Sex, Geographical Location, Household yearly income, etc.
  • What is it about your company, your service, etc. that would make your clients want to buy from you vs your competition? What certifications, services, and any other differentiators separate you from your competition?
  • List out the top 5 (minimum of 3) competitors, their website address so we can look them up and do some additional research, and what you feel they offer different than you and your business. Please put these in the order you feel as number 1 competitor, number 2, etc. in the order in which you feel are biggest threat to you first.
  • Go into as much detail as you can about your products and/or services.
  • Either with your current website (if you have one) or your business in general. This can also challenge that the industry you are a part of also face, not just unique to your business only.

  • Could be as little as the colors. Put as much detail and thought into this question as you can. We want to make sure we consider or keep as much about what you like about your current website as we can. Don't be afraid to share in thinking we will copy over everything. We just want to get an idea and make note of it for our own purposes.
  • Sometimes it's easier to list the things you don't like about your current website, rather than what you like. This is equally helpful so we can take note and stay away from the things you don't like about your current website.
  • They do not need to be in your same industry, and tell us what you like about them.
  • Maybe it's help you with getting more leads. Maybe you are looking answer questions that clients have about your business or services. Answer this question first with if you could pick only one thing that your website should be able to do for you and your business, what would that one thing be? Then add any additional objectives that come to your mind.
  • This can be a third-party service such as paypal, stripe, etc.
