Get to Know Your Clients
Earning the trust of your clients can be achieved by taking the time to get to know them. Ask them why they chose your company over another. Building this relationship will give you direct access to your clients’ feedback and allow you to address any concerns and share praise with your team.
Take the Time to Hire For Fit
When hiring team members, take your time and find the right individual for the job. Rushing into a hire because of convenience or you know someone may not end up with the best result. Find the right candidate for the job rather than fitting a job to a person.
